This "Second Edition" has crisp, sharp photos, many of which are now in their original full-colour having been reproduced from the original artwork, with much higher quality than was possible from the black and white photocopy production of 30 years ago!
Featured on the front cover of this edition is the No. 10 model of the Eiffel Tower. As most of you will be aware the tower is 100 years old. I thought this would be a fitting tribute to a monument that has inspired model builders the world over. This is an enlarged version of that which appears on the instruction booklet and if you study it carefully the original photograph was touched up considerably to "make it look right"!
